On June 20, Elián González’ Great-Uncle Delfin held a press conference in Miami calling for Barack Obama to dismiss two advisers who helped return Elián to Cuba in 2000.

Given that Jupiter will be hovering around Elián’s Jupiter again in November, I wonder what the U.S. Presidential campaign has in store for the Cuban who lived briefly with his Miami relatives after he was found floating in an inner tube off the coast of Florida.
As most of the world knows, Elián González was “rescued” by U.S. immigration agents at the behest of then-Attorney General Janet Reno and returned to Cuba in mid-2000. Elián will turn 15 on Dec. 6. Stay tuned!
